The timeless, unique stories and artwork of Dr. Seuss remain as popular as ever, with over 650 million books sold worldwide to date, and Australia selling more books per capita than anywhere else in the world!
Australia’s king of sleepwear Peter Alexander has collaborated again with Dr. Seuss for a new range of men’s, women’s, and infants’ sleepwear to celebrate the iconic author’s best works. The 54-piece collection taps into a wide breadth of iconic Seuss books, including fan favourites Oh! The Places You’ll Go, Fox in Socks and Cat In The Hat as well as delving deeper into the archives with classics Dr. Seuss’ ABC and Dr. Seuss’ Sleep Book – first published in 1962.
Also making an appearance in this collection is artwork from 2015’s What Pet Should I Get?, the first of two new Seuss books to be published recently after unpublished manuscripts were discovered of the late author’s work in 2013 (look out for Dr. Seuss’ Horse Museum to be released later this year!).
“Peter Alexander’s collections on our brands are always beautifully executed, and this new Dr. Seuss range really has raised the bar even further,” said Tom Punch, Managing Director of Haven Licensing. “Peter has a way of thinking outside the box and really tapping into the shared DNA between the brands he collaborates with, and his own. His use of artwork from Sleep Book is a perfect example of this and works fabulously. We’re thrilled to work with Peter and his team once again on the iconic Dr. Seuss brand.”
Susan Brandt, President of Dr. Seuss Enterprises has expressed the following, “We are with this beautiful Dr. Seuss collection from Peter Alexander. The team at Peter Alexander have perfectly captured the fun and joy of Dr. Seuss characters and the range is perfect for the whole family. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Peter and his team!”
The collection is available in-store and online now while stocks last.
